We encourage the participants to find financial assistance from their own institutions or from other funding agencies. However, depending upon the availability of funds, we may be able to provide partial support to some of the participants.
Who is eligible to apply for financial assistance?
To apply for financial assistance from the organisers, the participant must have contributed to the conference in one of the following ways:
1. submitted an abstract for a paper or poster on one of the themes of the conference
2. submitted a summary of a couple of research papers (published in peer reviewed journals) with your comments and reflections, on one of the conference themes
3. contributing to one of the review panels
How to apply for financial assistance?
Those who seek partial financial assistance for attending the conference must send in an application to the convenor of the conference with the following details:

Please note that the university would require supporting documents for all the claims you make. So please preserve the following documents and submit them if you are eligible to get a partial reimbursement:
Kindly note that the university may provide partial support for air- travel only for faculty members. PhD students and Post- Doctoral Fellow may get partial support for 3AC train travel or equivalent.
Preference will be given to those who are without any earning at the time of applying for financial assistance.
