Research Interest

  • Develops AI and ML algorithms, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, XAI, and quantum machine learning (QML), for processing complex, multimodal data in healthcare, education, and human–computer interaction.
  • Applies AI to medical image analysis (segmentation, classification, CAD) across MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound, with multimodal fusion using EEG and edge AI for real-time, privacy-preserving healthcare.
  • Designs adaptive learning systems using EEG, facial micro-expressions, and AI personalisation, enhanced by edge, federated, and quantum AI for e-learning and special education.
